The Lakefront home Master suite is very large (almost full-length of upstairs) with two walk-in closets and has recently been updated and painted on the main level, with no stairs. The large deck is the full length of the home overlooking a beautiful lake with lighted palm trees. Fishing is allowed. Parking spot and wifi included. Everyone shares utilities equally. Watch space launches, fireworks, and wildlife from the deck. Full use of kitchen and laundry room.

I am 63, my mother 86, live on the main level with 60-year-old brother that takes care of all maintenance and grounds, he resides downstairs in the walk-out basement. We are retired business owners. The downstairs living room and Florida room are rented by a wonderful hard-working quiet couple. The house is almost 3300 sq ft. Lots of laughter in this home. Drama and drug-free family environment.
