Looking for someone who is friendly and RELIABLE. 30 minutes drive to San Luis Obispo. 15 minute walk to the Los Osos Bay. 15 minutes to Cayucos Beach, 30 minute drive to Avila Beach. Pet okay with pet rent you’ll pay a monthly fee
