Hello everyone! I am looking for someone preferably a girl to take over my lease at the Boardwalk apartments in a 4 bed 3 bath town house starting now until August 31st. The rent is 1,009 which includes a private single bedroom with a private bathroom plus water, garbage,sewage. PGE and wifi will be split with the 3 other roommates. The townhouse is minutes from downtown and the UC campus. It is also connected to a bus line that takes you straight to campus. Please let me know if you are interested as I need to have someone moved in by next week.
