Natasha's room

I have 2 unfurnished bedrooms available in my house, $1300 each. The house backs up to a creek, next to a big open space lake park (with wild turkeys!). Stainless steel appliances, washer dryer next to bedrooms. Huge windows in every room of the house. Ring doorbell system. Yardwork is taken care of by HOA. Walking distance to lightrail train, post office, shopping.

The bad things about the house: there’s a patio but no real backyard. No basement. Parking is limited. You will share a bathroom with the other future housemate.

I am rarely home because I work a lot and prefer to stay at my partner’s house. So you’ll never see me and I’m the best housemate you’ll ever have! But here’s the warning: I hate liars. I hate late money. I hate slobs. And I hate damages to my property.

I only want to do month to month leases to start. Utilities will be split evenly. I do my own credit and background checks, it will cost you $50. You must have stable, verifiable income. Animals are negotiable. (I love dobermen! haha)
