I rent the entire 2nd floor of a charming older home in the 5th ward. I’m offering 2 rooms to the renter: a private bedroom & a spacious living room that you could call a study or an office. Shared spaces include a dining room, eat-in kitchen & bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and the renter has kitchen privileges. There is a washer & dryer in the building plus WiFi access. I’m looking for a responsible student or professional in their 20’s to mid 60’s. $1000 includes utilities, except water. Please be a NON-smoker (not even outside) and enjoy the company of cats.
