Room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,500 sq ft. home in Omaha. 5% discount for 6/month lease. The house is located nearby shopping and not too far from Hwy 75. A quick drive to downtown and midtown Omaha and many bicycle and walking trails nearby. Room is 13’ x 13’. This is one BEDROOM. It has a closet and a top shelf for storage. Someone with a lot of clothing or a queen or king size bed will benefit from this room. It is the quietest room in the house since it is the furthest from the street. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :) Again, this bedroom is really enjoyable.

Chill dude. Never home since I am a full time student and work full time. Quiet and respect everyone’s space, things & privacy.
