I am looking for a roommate to sign 1 year lease on 2b2b apartment. The apartment has a spectacular view of the bay bridge and the smaller bedroom will go for $2100 approximately including trash and sewage (utilities separate). The apartment is available from 27th October.

I am a tech professional in my early 30’s. recently moved to SF for a new job. My new job is hybrid, so I would be working from home for a few days. I am fairly neat. I like to workout regularly at least 4 times a week. I am pretty laid back. I would like a roommate that I can also be friends with.
