About the room
Our property has undergone serious renovation and we are looking for tenants to RENT in Simi Valley!
There are two (2) bedrooms with full, private bathrooms, and two (2) bedrooms that will share a bathroom. Backyard includes a spacious yard with an outdoor pool.
Common areas are furnished and the kitchen includes basic cookware and utensils. Bedrooms are not furnished. No pets. No smoking/drug-use. One person per bedroom. Utilities included in rent. Street Parking available, however 2 driveway parking spots will be available for reservation. The shared bathroom is a stand alone bathroom and does not connect to anyone’s bedroom.
Please note that monthly INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES: wifi, water, trash, and gas.
We are looking for responsible and clean tenants.
About the roomies
Helen lives downstairs in a single room. She works 6 out of 7 days and takes care of the property on the side.
