Internet access is excellent and there will be a ethernet port available in the room as well as fast wifi. The download and upload speeds from this cable can be seen in the photos. The bedroom is closest to the A/C unit and receives the best cooling.

I am a 27 year old male. I have lived at the property for a year and a half. I work from home as a Software Developer. I also am currently attending online school. I enjoy rock climbing at least twice a week. I drive to a gym downtown for this. I also enjoy going to a nearby trail and rollerskating. Other than that I am generally at my computer most days.

I do have 2 cats, they are very friendly 🐱
