Rose's room

The house is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with street parking. It is situated in a fairly quiet area close to schools, shopping, parks, a nature preserve, a library, gyms and bus routes. I Love my house but it is a fixer upper. Each occupant will get there own room but the bathroom is shared. The pictures are arranged like a walk-trough. The first bedroom pictured is 10’3“ X 9’4“ and the second is 10’3“ X 9’7“. One room can be furnished for an extra $50 dollars a month and an extra $50 deposit.

There is a $400 pet deposit. All pets must have proof of regular veterinary care including being current on all vaccines and pest prevention.

Right now it is me, two other females, two indoor/outdoor cats and two indoor/outdoor bunnies. However, both of the current roommates and bunnies may be leaving soon so I am seeing what is out there. I am quiet, caring and love to garden, read, cook, and bake. I am a sucker for Hallmark and Christmas movies. I have been told I am a workaholic and that is kind of true as I don’t like staying still for long. I am currently on leave with a spinal injury but can’t wait to go back. I Love having great conversations but can be quiet if you choose to be left alone. I am looking for two non-smoking/Non-vaping individuals that would like to find a place that feels like home. I would prefer someone who wants to stay for 1-2 years but I’m not opposed to shorter terms. I need someone who knows how to clean up after themselves and pays bills on time. I require courtesy and respectful behavior to all in the house at all times.

It is a 3 step process for me: 1. Roommate Compatibility Questionnaire, 2. In-person Interview, 3. Background Check. I do not show the exact location of the house until the background check is complete but I can take any pictures or measurements you need. For anyone who is truly interested I can send you a copy of the questionnaire to make sure we are compatible. After the questionnaire is finished I will send a copy of the House Rules. I try to ensure compatibility as I don’t like people moving in and out a lot, so please be honest. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I am pretty open and not easily offended.
