The house is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with street parking. It is situated in a fairly quiet area close to schools, shopping, parks, a nature preserve, a library, gyms and bus routes. I Love my house but it is a fixer upper. Each occupant will get there own room but the bathroom is shared. The pictures are arranged like a walk-through. The bedrooms pictured measure 10’3“ X 9’4“ and 10’3“ X 9’7“. The rooms can be furnished for an extra $50 dollars a month and an extra $50 deposit.

There is a $400 pet deposit. All pets must have proof of regular veterinary care including being current on annual exam, all vaccines and pest prevention. Cats must be FELV and FIV negative with proof of past deworming.

Right now it is just me and two indoor/outdoor cats. I am quiet, caring and love to garden, read, cook, and bake. I am a sucker for Hallmark and Christmas movies. I have been told I am a workaholic and that is kind of true as I don’t like staying still for long. I am currently on leave with a spinal injury but can’t wait to go back. I Love having great conversations but can be quiet if you choose to be left alone. I am looking for one Non-smoking/Non-vaping individual that would like to find a place that feels like home. I would prefer someone who wants to stay for 1-2 years but I’m not opposed to shorter terms. I need someone who KNOWS how to clean up after themselves and pays bills on time. I require courtesy and respectful behavior to all in the house at all times.

It is a 3 step process for me: 1. Roommate Compatibility Questionnaire, 2. In-person Interview, 3. Background Check. I do not show the exact location of the house until the background check is complete but I can take any pictures or measurements you need. For anyone who is truly interested I can send you a copy of the questionnaire to make sure you are compatible with me. After the questionnaire is finished I will send a copy of the House Rules and my filled out questionnaire so you can see if I am compatible with you. I try to ensure compatibility as I don’t like people moving in and out a lot, so please be honest. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I am pretty open and not easily offended.
