Looking to rent the basement out. I will still need access to the washer/dryer but there is a bedroom, living quarters and bathroom where the washer/dryer is. The home is in a quiet subdivision near an elementary school, lots of children around. Nice back yard. Enough space for one vehicle parked on driveway.
About the roomies
Iām a single mom of 3 kiddos ages 11, 9 and 5. The kiddos go to school down the street and I have an in home babysitter on the few days I work during the week.
