Furnished room available, ready to move in. The room has a full-size bed with a TV, a large closet, a bureau, and a bedside table. Private/shared bathroom. 1 person only, please. There is a half bath available downstairs as well as a washer/dryer.

The kitchen, living room, and other common areas are kept neat and tidy, and you should do the same. There is a monthly cleaning service. The entire downstairs is all tile, with a kitchen island and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook yourself a nice meal. There is also a patio with a table and chairs plus a BBQ / grill.

The house is just off the Boulder highway and within walking distance of a park, walking pathways, and the 35-mile River Mountains Loop Trail

It’s a peaceful, professional, friendly house. If you’re the same then we’ll get along well. Decent credit and a job are necessary, I will do a screening and ask for a security deposit.

$899 includes water, sewer, trash collection, and Internet. We split the electric bill.
