Just finishing entire house renovation: all new paint, sinks, kitchen appliances, faucets, toilets, bathroom and door hardware, etc.
Walking distance to an excellent free rec centers/gym/pool and grocery. Lots of paths and green space everywhere. 6 minutes to beautiful Daniel’s Park.
Large yard, washer dryer, high-speed internet, utilities included. Will plant a huge garden in the spring if you are interested in gardening. Maybe chickens too.
Bedrooms do not share walls so you have your privacy. Good for working from home.
About the roomies
The first housemate gets to help select the other so you will have someone compatible as your primary housemate and decide “house rules”.
Weekends and other days, I am at my other house, traveling, and/or visiting my gf, so you won’t see me much. I’m a CIO/CTO (executive technical management). I am easy going and upbeat and will do my part to keep this a friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment.
