Ryan's room

This a quite neighborhood with families and pets. Across the street is a school with a giant park next to it. You will have your own full bathroom as well as access to kitchen fridge and large freezer in garage. There is a parking spot in garage as well for an extra charge. House is clean and only the carpets need some tlc. Backyard is fenced in and has covered patio with fire pit.

I do own a black lan mix dog and he is super friendly. My teenage daughter lives with me so I would prefer a female and someone who is okay with having a teenager and occasionally her friends around.
