The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood of a lake community which has a pool (right down the block) and 3 beaches! Forest areas with trails are all within walking distance.

The shared space includes 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room with a TV, backyard patio with a grille, washer/dryer and more. A parking spot for every tenant is included.

The house is approximately: -10 minutes from the Rockaway Mall -15 minutes to the Denville train station (which has free parking on the weekends, great for weekend trips to NYC). -8 minutes to center of Rockaway (quaint town with shops). -12 minutes to downtown Denville (shops and restaurants). -Very close to multiple hiking areas and parks.
