Hello, I have a roommate who has been with me for over four years who is finally moving out. My house is located near North Socrum loop, close to the hospital and walking distance to Publix and a few other places.

Non smoking home. (cigarettes or vapes) Both my current roommate and myself are pretty chill nerds and we both work at the hospital. We have two quiet dogs and some fish and prefer no other pets, but will consider small reptiles. We also sometimes have friends over once a month for cards against humanity and to just relax. We are very low key and have zero interest in drama.
