Room for rent in great community in Lake Underhill. Community includes swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts and a private beach. Looking for young professional or college student to share 3 bedrooms with two males. Must be clean and responsible. No couples. Must pass background check. Rent includes water, electric and WiFi. Apartment is furnished but room is not furnished. First, last and security required. Currently have one cat who is very friendly and playful but not wanting anymore pets. Would prefer text messages over phone calls as I am unable to answer calls due to work but if you do call just leave voicemail and ill text you when available.
