Hello, The furnished room ($650 + utilities) will not be available until January 1, 2023. The utilities run about $61.00 per person in the summer and around $90 per person in the winter. The property is located five minutes via car from Temple University and six minutes from brewerytown (do not ask for the full address. It’s obviously not posted for safety reasons. After I speak with you and we both agree to a property THEN you’ll have the address). I’m lucky to live on a block were I can find parking and the area is quiet. Unlike living in Cherry Hill, NJ my new neighbors are actually nice, helpful, and approachable.
