Unfurnished spacious room located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood in Hemet, CA; available asap. Will have own bathroom. Will also have access to all things on the property - garage gym, backyard, living room, & kitchen. I do have dogs.

I’m very respectful. I keep my home clean & tidy & expect others to clean behind themselves. I work full time and I’m also a fitness trainer. I do have 2 dogs that are in the home as well. I ask that you don’t have too many visitors. It is just myself in my home but I do have family & friends that visit sometimes.
