The room is 13x12.5 feet with natural light and blackout curtains. The house is 3200 sq feet and it’s close to shopping, 7 mins from the Cardinal Stadium and 8 mins from Westgate. The house has new flooring and new AC unit. All bath surfaces have been upgraded as well.

We are both laid back and enjoy live music and the outdoors. We have two dogs in our home (a chihuahua and a lab mix) and they both are trained and well behaved. We are allergic to cats.
