Currently we are looking for someone to fill a room with its own bathroom and shower. It has great lighting and closet space. The floor is carpeted light brown while the walls are off-white/beige. Outside the room, there is a small walkway leading to the front door and common living room area where the kitchen is separated in its own room without a door. There is also a small backyard perfect to enjoy the sun, late night conversations, s’mores, and to start your own garden. The apartment as is does not contain an in-unit laundry place, however, the laundry room is just around the corner so you can walk. There is a designated parking spot if paid for/you can pay for a non-designated spot within the apartment area. Overall the place is pretty friendly and safe. We have a great A/C unit.

Utilities are not free

My boyfriend, my cat, and I are the current tenants. We are a friendly bunch who are respectful and inclusive. We keep to ourselves if need to be. I am a college student writing my thesis and about to get a part-time job while my boyfriend is full-time AP coordinator. I am usually at home doing errands/working out/meditating until he gets off. Weekdays are rather quiet; we like to enjoy a homemade meal, a movie/series, video games, and maybe a drink. Weekends we love to go out, and anyone is more than welcome to join us!

My cat is very friendly and social as well. She can tolerate cats, but she has a harder time with big dogs
