One block away from the light rail, 10 minutes from downtown Denver… Belmar shopping plaza is 5 minutes away, close to all stores and restaurants. A lot of trails and water activities close by, and we’re across from a catholic elementary school so neighbors can’t be pedophiles.. that’s a plus. I’m looking to replace my last two roommates ASAP, I love the outdoors and listening to music. I’m usually on the go, as I’m a full time student and employed full time in sales. I have enough furniture to furnish all rooms but I can remove the furniture if you have/prefer your own. I vape in the house but that’s it. There is a fire pit in the fenced in backyard, and a small amount of storage space in the garage. Parking is in the driveway or in a parking area to the side of the house. Easy going, communicative and fun loving… I keep to myself but I’d like roommates that are enjoyable to be around.
