Hi I just bought my new build house here in Perris build by Pulte Homes just got the house in June of 2022 so its like 10 months old only. House is located of south end of Moreno Valley/Perris so technically still in Moreno Valley. 5bed, 3 1/2 bath with 3240sq ft in a new community. Walking distance to Rancho Verde Highschool, 10mins away from RUHS hospital and close to shopping centers and 215 freeway. Anyways, im looking for a roomies for my downstair bedroom. Room has its own full bath inside the room. House is very secured and safe. We have cameras all around the house, plenty of parking space, soft water (very good/nice to skin), 1g fast internet and direct wire available inside room for gamers, students and for streaming movies. Also Has Queen size bed available if you need a bed. You get full access to everything downstairs: kitchen, living room, dinning room, powder room and laundry room (upstairs). Looking for a well mannered roomie who is respectful, follow rules and will take good care of the property/room.

Me and my family are filipinos. Very chill and laid back. 5 people living in the house right now, just me, my wife, 2 teenagers (18&17 year old boy and girl) and my aunt. In the house its very quiet and chill and no one gonna bother you. Most of the time everyone is at work and my aunt is out on the weekends.
