I work from home. I am looking for passive income as I am trying to financially recover from a major life change that occurred over a year ago. I am only interested in people who practice kindness, are able to clean up after themselves, practice good communication and do not have a lot to bring with them. A good fit would be someone who works outside of the home and generally comes home by midnight. This would be a great fit for a travel nurse who is mostly here to work. One other 20 year old student lives here and is gone at school, and work most of the time. She does not sleep here from Monday night through Thursday night and is very focused on her studies and career. She keeps to herself and is very clean. You would be sharing a bathroom with her. Because I work from home and need to keep my life private, this needs to be respected. This is a relatively quiet home. I want only people who are doing their best in life to work on themselves, and are focused on moving forward on whatever path they are on. I am a mother. My kids do not live with me. I want to be fair and am not trying to do anything but have a safe, clean, environment where I can take pressure off financially and build some stability. Thank you.
