Room available in a 2br/3 ba townhouse in Union Hill starting November 1st. $925/mo + utilities (internet, water/gas, trash, electric). Large living and dining room, updated kitchen, large backyard, w/d in unit. Room will be unfurnished, house is partially furnished but open to changing. Close to Jefferson Park, shops, and VCU hospital.
You will have your own private room with private full bathroom and a private balcony. Parking is street parking only with potential for off street parking.
$500 security deposit + 1st month rent 6 month contract required
Start date: November 1, 2022, start date flexible
