My roommate is leaving December 1st and I’m looking for someone to share a home.

Rent is $575 + half of all utilities (MID, PG&E, Internet) and landscaping.

It’s the front house on a shared lot, with a fence separating the two homes for privacy.

The house has a large front and back porch, central heat and air, a detached garage for storage, and a long driveway for parking. There is one exclusively indoor cat, but I cannot accommodate any other pets at this time.

The contract is month-to-month. Private owners. They are really nice people. They may want to meet you and check your credit/references.

It’s a cozy house, so we will be sharing the kitchen, washer/dryer, and common areas of the home. Because of this, I’m hoping to find a like-minded person. Let’s talk a bit to see if this will be a good fit for us both.

I am a 37 year old female. I work Monday through Friday during the day. I am a person of color, and my home is LGBTQ+ and 4:20 friendly (but the less smoke inside, the better. Vaping preferred, but not mandatory). Tobacco outside only. I enjoy music, films, and books. I don’t drink or have parties, but having company occasionally or a small get together is cool as long as we communicate our expectations clearly. Sharing a home is a collaboration.
