$125 application fee, $700-800 deposit, no broker fee, utilities (insurance, electric, alarm fee, internet) $50-80 per person a month (more expensive in cold weather).

Huge windows, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, spacious kitchen and hallways, and Manhattan skyline view in each room.

Amenities in the building include office areas, a pool, hot tub, gym, karaoke room, game room, bbq pits, and rooftop eating area.

No living room (flex roommate partitioned by floor-to-ceiling blackout curtain).

You have your own huge bathroom with full tub, and walk in closet.

The room fits a queen bed, and multiple large furniture pieces (desk, side tables, lamps). The carpeting and appliances will all be new and clean!

Roommate is a dance teacher/ in school, The only requirements for you would be:

1. cleanliness in common spaces
2. generally mindful of sound late night
3. being willing to not cook meals/bake from 12 am - 6:30am, obviously not including grabbing water or snacks from the fridge if you need to. This is just so that the living room roommate is able to get some guaranteed sleep at night.
