The room that is offered is a bedroom with a built-in desk. We will be on the 2nd floor and there will be balcony space if you like growing plants or to just drink some coffee first thing in the morning. The area/apartment complex is a quiet and friendly neighborhood and has a lot of amenities that are kept actively clean and monitored. The apartment will be partially furnished and is open to any furnishings you have that you want to bring.
Hi, my name is Ethan Redondo, I am an open-minded person who has various taste in a lot of things like music and food. I am very quiet and just am usually doing my own thing, but I am open to do doings with you if you ever would want to hang out. I know how clean, cook, laundry, etc. just everyday stuff I can perfectly do. I am good around a lot of pets, and I enjoy being around them. I am trying to build myself up to becoming someone and to establish myself more of an independent considering I moved to Austin, TX by myself without my family.
