please text only - I do not answer calls to this line I rent an old little townhouse off 128th, a short distance to Pierce College. 2 br 1.5 baths. The rooms are a good size (I’m able to fit a queen size bed, large computer desk, and a tv stand or dresser with plenty of walking room) and the rent is fairly cheap, but it’s nothing fancy. Rooms are located upstairs. You’re welcome to the rest of the house…I even have a cute little coffee bar in the kitchen. The place is OLD but cheap and cozy. Creaky floors and we’ll be hugging heaters in the winter, but landlords are great and the location is safe and quiet (minus traffic). Water sewer garbage included in rent, reserved parking and all. We do have a small grassy backyard area and a teeny garden you’re welcome to plant in if you’d like. Landlords do not allow dogs sorry! No couples please.

I live alone with my two cats. I’m an author, digital designer, and Pierce College graduate. I sometimes have family over but I’m a reclusive type who enjoys video games, books, and K-dramas. I’d prefer a roommate who is fairly quiet and clean with similar interests. Preferably young adult or college student, but I’ll be open to anyone as long as they’re female. Must be okay with cats!!
