$600 / 1br - Bedroom in a shared townhouse - GREAT for Young Professionals! One unfurnished private room is available for rent in a 3BD/2BA condo with shared living spaces. The townhome is conveniently located, only about 5 minutes to UNLV, 10 minutes to the airport, and close to local grocery stores. The place is always clean, with recent renovations- making it the perfect place for young professionals. The townhome includes a spacious kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, garage, and lots of natural light, all located inside of a gated community. The shared living space includes a fully furnished living room, kitchen, and a small patio. Utilities will be divided three ways between us. The home currently has two ESA cats who you can find napping the majority of the day. If you’re allergic to cats, this place would not be ideal for you. The complex contains two community swimming pools and a tennis court. LGBTQ friendly. No couples, no children, preferably no extra pets. No partying policy on the property. I would prefer to live with someone who can meet the expectations of the HOA and the current living agreement. Thank you!

“I work full-time as a high school teacher and am a full-time graduate student attending UNLV. I’m very busy, but enjoy my downtime at home or outdoors. I like to call it a day early and wake up early (asleep by 9 pm and awake before 5 am), so I would like to live with others who have similar work schedules. I follow a similar sleep schedule on the weekends as well. I’m a very light sleeper and want to communicate that upfront so that it is clear I’m hoping to live with someone who has a similar schedule. I’m drama-free, fully vaxxed and boosted, and considerate! I am clean and appreciate a neat, well-organized space, so someone who shares those values would be preferable. I have a friendly and well-behaved cat that is comfortable with others, so animal lovers are welcome.
