Perfect for spring admits, 10 minute walk to downtown and the bars, 15 minute walk to recreation park, available only for the spring semester, but property owner could be amenable to renewing lease for 2023 - 2024 year. Rent paid on the 15th of every month. Very clean room, comes with a bed, dresser, and very large closet. 10 minute drive to BU Campus, and bus stop is 1 minute walk away. The current other tenants are clean and everyone keeps to themselves really, but nice group of guys. Truly no complaints with the house from myself, I am simply going abroad for the spring semester.
