This is a private floor in a three story house with a bathroom and office (one bedroom per floor). The floor advertised has a large bedroom with private bathroom with a office or living room loft. The kitchen is on the main floor. 420 friendly no pets I already have a cat. In house washer dryer 120gb high speed Internet. house has lots of parking a yard a patio and a park.

I work out of my Home Office. the house is filled with a quiet nerd (I’m in the basement) and a firefighter (most often out of the house). I’m looking for a single working professional or student.
