The room is large (estimated 200 sq ft) with great space to accommodate a king size bed, desk and more. The condo is located 3 miles (7 minutes) from CSUF and 0.8 (3 minutes) from Fullerton College and less than 1 miles from supermarkets and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Rent is $1100, it includes:

• AC
• Guarantee parking for 1 car
• Pool in the complex Deposit: $600

The unit also comes with a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Partially furnished: There is a king size bed and small desk and chair that can be use by the person renting the room or you can also bring your own.

No smoking. No drugs.

Must pass background and credit check.

No pets.
