Flor's room

We have 2 rooms available in our house for $1650. Ideally, we want to rent the 2 bedrooms to 1 or 2 people. But we are open to renting just 1 for $800 (however, we would need to find someone else, which will make the bathroom shareable). The bedrooms have been recently painted and we’re working on getting them cleaned up. They’re spacious and very well-lighted with one window view to the backyard and one looking out to the street. In addition, the kitchen has a lot of storage room that can be used, and there’s a nice and relaxing backyard.

I live with my husband (27 Female, 26 Male) and our two dogs. I work from home, husband works outside. We are a very easygoing couple and are looking for someone who is dependable, clean, & also easy going.
