Washer, Dryer, and dishwasher are included. The area itself (Sandy Springs) is extremely nice, conveniently located close to GA-19 Turner McDonald Parkway. 25 minutes from Midtown with traffic. The neighborhood is located next to the Big Trees Forest Preserve and Morgan Falls Overlook Park. The condo is located on the second floor of a two-story building, so you won’t have to deal with any noises from upstairs neighbors. NO WEAPONS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.

I am a 24-year-old (male) industrial engineer working for a company headquartered in Atlanta. I am very progressive and LGBTQ+ friendly. I work from home 3 days per week. Looking for another young professional to share the space; this location is great for interns/co-ops. A background check and FaceTime/Zoom meeting will be required. No smoking in the condo (you can smoke outside though). Alcohol is fine with me. I will have my girlfriend over frequently; you can feel free to have guests over whenever you want, and they can spend the night (but only a couple nights in a row please). Just be sure to give me a heads-up whenever people will be coming over. I am thinking about potentially getting a pet or two (puppy and possibly kitten), so just be aware of that. I am not a judgmental person whatsoever, and am comfortable with any lifestyle choices you make, so long as you are courteous and respectful of personal space and noise levels. Also, I don’t care how dirty your bedroom/bathroom gets, but please try to keep common areas (living room, kitchen, laundry room) as clean as possible.
