THIS IS A SUB LEASE This is a wonderful apartment complex near colleges and only minutes from downtown. It features a fitness room, game room, outdoor pool, business center and garage parking. Security keys allow access only to the premise. The apartment is a 2 bedroom which is open and large – the kitchen features dark cabinets, full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. It has a full size washer/dryer next to it and a breakfast bar w/stools.

The furnished unit offers a leather sofa/chair/coffee table and end table in the main, shared living space. It has a sliding door overlooking the garden.

Each of the 2 bedrooms is on the opposite side of the apartment and have key locks to enter. The other room is occupied. For the advertised room, it features a full sized bed, desk, chair and carpet. The bedroom suite features a large, full size bathroom and walk in closet.

NOTE: A formal application will need to be submitted through the apartment complex portal. Once approved, we can negotiate a move in date. It is important to add my name to the application because this room rent is cheaper than going directly through the complex (a savings!). Also, I added both complex amenity pictures and a few of the space. Please note the floor plan picture first, as it is provides a true depiction of the layout. The apartment pictures shown are slightly different.

Because I will be leaving (finishing up school remotely), the space will be shared with another male, who was there when I moved in. He is not a student, upper 20’s and from California. He is too himself and pretty quite.
