Roomate is moving out early and we have to sign the lease starting February, rooms is available November. Price is ballpark and can be different if you’d like to also have bills under your name.

This is a 3 bedroom apartment. I’d be staying in the master bedroom with my 3 year old son. This would best fit another single parent or someone with the patience for kids. I smoke weed but strictly only outside. I own a cleaning business so must be kinda clean.
