Place is a two bedroom - two bath apartment. Right now the only beings in the place are me and my dog. I am a teacher and DJ, so a pretty busy person. I am looking for someone to rent out the other room until the lease is up and possibly even longer. 10 minute walk from Red Rocks Community College - 20 minutes from the venue. Apartment is fully furnished - except for what would be your bedroom. Looking for someone responsible, chill, and trustworthy.

I’m a pretty tight circle type of person. That being said Sherlock Holmes and John Watson were strangers before roommates and roommates before best friends. I’m a musician, I hang out with musicians and artists. Not a requirement but you gotta be able to entertain crazy, creative, ideas. I like video games and alone time, so someone who can mirror that might be a good fit. Not to say you have to be an introvert for us to be friends or anything. Someone who is generous and giving, like me, is also preferable. In the past I’ve had roommates who are takers, I am a giver and in my experience, two givers can live together pretty nicely. I am also pretty responsible and organized, so someone who is messy would not be a good fit.
