Almost 1500 square foot manufactured home in Moss Landing, CA, 3/4 of a mile to the beach. 3BR/2BA. The third bedroom is utilized as a storage and workout room. Your bedroom has an almost brand-new queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a nightstand with a 32-inch LCD tv with streaming channels (and Roku). Private bathroom except when we have (very few) guests. All utilities included; PG&E, WM, Osmosis water system, ATT internet, Roku streaming channels, etc. Includes high-end front loading W/D and new D/W. Office area includes a desk for you. LR has 65 inch LCD TV. Window A/C in LR. Looking for female roommate. Prefer no pets but negotiable. Must pass a background check to live in Park. Cost is $30-$40 and is your responsibility. Come join in the relaxation of rural living but also be close to Castroville, Watsonville, Marina, and 1/2 hour to Santa Cruz or Monterey.
