Hi! I’m looking for a girl in her 20s to take over my lease at the Forum at Denton apartments ASAP. Its a 2x2 so you’d have your own bathroom. The girl you’d be rooming with does have a very sweet yet shy cat. The rent is $800 a month and utilities are $50. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well as a dishwasher.
