About the home and room you will rent: This is a shared 2,600 sqft 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home with garden patio, and “business center” available for you to use if you like (see pic #4).

Shared spaces include kitchen, dining and living room, garage and laundry. -Plenty of kitchen cabinet space and extra pantry space for you to use -Appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven -In-unit washer and dryer -extra storage cabinets in the garage -Available 11/1 (let me know if you need earlier)

Your room: -Large master bedroom- space for office desk and king size bed -Walk-in closet -unfurnished *picture shows furniture to show size, but will move out for new tenant -$1,300 Rent includes utilities (wifi, water, gas, electricity, trash)

Little about myself: My name is Colleen, and I’m born and raised in the Bay Area. I’m a working professional in my 30’s, recently moved to Rocklin. I work from home from 8am-5pm, hence the business center I created. On my days off, I enjoy working out, and exploring new places especially now since I’m new to Placer County. I value open communication and I’m easy going. I enjoy casual conversation, but I appreciate and respect solo time too.

About you: I’m clean, considerate, and a non-smoker and I hope that my roommate is the same. You enjoy both quiet nights in and occasional nights out. You clean up after yourself in the common areas, and are considerate about noise and bringing guests over.
