Mike's room

We are renting a private master bedroom and bath in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The room and apartment are spacious with high ceilings and recently remodeled with new hardwood and tile floors, granite countertops, etc.

The location is very convenient for shopping (Great Mall, Costco, etc.), transportation (680, 880, VTA), dining, and outdoor activities (Sierra Vista Point, Alum Rock Park).

You’ll have full use of common areas like the kitchen and we’re pretty flexible as roommates in general. Rent is $1400, which does include water/sewer/garbage. We will share costs of other utilities (PG&E) and internet.

My fiancée and I share the other bedroom/en-suite. We are professionals in our early 30s who enjoy cooking, watching shows, hiking, music, and more. I’m currently trying to learn guitar when I have time. We’d love to be social with our new roommate(s), but are perfectly cool with you keeping to yourself as well!
