William's room

I have two different rooms to rent next to the lake. Shared bath unfortunately but i leave early am usually and should not be a problem. Room #1 is 273 square ft with its own entrance, fireplace, and small patio. 950. Room #2 is 132 sq ft with closet and does not have its own entrance. 550. 350 deposit for either room.

Im single and im looking for a single person. No couples or kids. Do not want drama and i will extend you that same courtesy. I do play the drums but will be respectful of your home time. Yoy will have a desugnated parking spot. Friends will have to park on the street.
