I have a one bedroom that can come furnished or non furnished available in the back area of my home attached to my sunroom with a private entrance to the backyard with a swimming pool overlooking the lake or you can enter through the front door. All utilities, water and Wi-Fi included. It is located in the Colonial Gables community an extremely safe, quite adult or child friendly neighborhood with one of the best Christmas light and Halloween extravaganzas in the city. It’s very close to I-75 which will get you either north or south quickly off Bee Ridge and Cattleman. Honore is also located close and the residence has everything you need restaurants, parks, shopping markets, gas stations, great schools, hospitals, the mall and only 10 minutes to siesta key Beach. It is available immediately. Must be able to pass a background check and have consistent income or a job.

I am a recently divorced 41 yro fm nurse. I share custody of my two children age 12 and 10 with my ex 50/50 so they do not live with me full time. I have two rescued blue nose APBT puppies that are in training to be service animals and currently kept with me in my room or with my children when on visitng they are crate trained or out with me doing errands and working until I can bring them to work with me. They do not have full range of the house and are monitored at all times. They are fully vaccinated, dewormed and up-to-date on all shots. I just ask for someone who can respect my home as if it where their own home too bc it will be and I want it to feel and be that way for whomever will be living with me. I do not care for drama that can be kept outside and when coming home it is our sanctuary. A decompression from the stresses of life, work and the world. We only have one life to live and I need peace and tranquility for the rest of mine. I am Christian but, do not discriminate on anyone else’s beliefs. I just ask for one another to be civil and hopefully a friendship can be formed otherwise I will give you the space you need to come and go as you please, as I will do the same. I am also, open to working with the right tenant on pricing If truely needed and both feel like it would be a great long term or short term fit. Thank you, Alanna
