This property is located in the Whispering Glen Townhouse community, in Tobyhanna.

The rent includes exclusive use of the top level of the home. It has a bedroom, half bath (will be expanded to a full bath in the future), loft and balcony. The monthly rent will cover rent, and internet and water usage. However, the electric bill is separate and will be split, with the amount to be discussed.

Also, there’s shared use of the living room, dining room, kitchen (pots, pans, plates, utensils included), tub/shower only in the main bathroom downstairs (until shower unit is installed on the top level).

Private parking space.

I’m a 59 yo single male living with 2 very friendly and laid back rescued greyhound pups. I work 2nd shift so on my work days am only in the house in the morning and late at night, and on my days off I hang out in my bedroom. I’m a smoker so I’m cannabis/nicotine friendly. My preference for a roommate, although not a requirement, is a mature adult.
