Great property with a stunning back yard, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Rent plus utilities would include 1 bedroom with walk in closet and detached bathroom. Living spaces, kitchen and back yard would be a shared space with myself. The house owners will also be home on occasion (3-4 times per year) so the third room would be reserved for them.
Property is a 5min drive from the Las Vegas arts district with plenty of great options for food, bars and fun.
Potentially pet friendly but would be decided on a case to case basis. Cats not preferred due to allergies.
About the roomies
Home is owned by a couple who works mostly out of state. They are home on occasion and will occupy 1 room when home. Family member (male early 30’s) is the other room mate and lives full time on the property. Renter will have to be okay with 1 full time room mate and third room occupied on occasion.
