Emily's room

Spacious room located in North Valleys area right outside of North Valleys park off 395 and Lemmon Dr. House newly built in 2020. Short distance to several grocery stores and food options. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Reno. Room includes a walk in closet and a personal linen closet, with a bathroom that will be for yourself other than when guests/roommates need to use the restroom. Room is downstairs, other 3 tenants upstairs. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in house. Small gated patio area. Common areas already furnished by current residents (I.e., living room, kitchen) - private room is not furnished. Parking located on side streets and small lots by the house. Other expenses include water and electricity which average about $30 - $40 per person every month (garbage service every 3 months about $15 per tenant). Awesome landlords - they fix anything quickly if it breaks and are quick to respond to any issues.

There are currently 3 residents in the house: Kylie, Allie, and Emily (25, 24, 23). Kylie and Emily work full time jobs (including work from home) while Allie works part time and is going to grad school. We all get along with each other very well and enjoy being goofy together (queue the Tik Tok jokes and movie quotes). We like to have get togethers with our friends every so often especially during holidays, but aren’t huge party people. Occasionally we will have friends or family stay overnight. We enjoy being home bodies and staying in to watch movies and hang out, but also like to go out and do things such as going to the movies, attending special events in town (Rib Cook off, concerts, Tahoe, etc), or traveling out of state to see friends/family. We are looking for someone responsible who is sociable and is looking to build a good relationship with each resident (preferably female in her 20s). We are also all vaccinated and take Covid very seriously. Please note: no pets or children NO EXCEPTIONS).
