This is a brand new home about a mile in a half east of the I45 exit 84B Frazier loop 336 in the sub division Ladera Trails of Conroe. There are 3 bedrooms , laundry upstairs. I just want to rent out two of the bedrooms but those two would have to share the bathroom. My bedroom is downstairs that I’ll be sharing with my girlfriend. A cat or a small dog is welcome. Utilities, internet and basic cable t.v. is included and parking off the street. I’m easy going and love to laugh. I would need to have someone responsible with a good personality. If you have a small dog there is a huge backyard and there is a huge park, lots of food and shopping a mile down the road or a few exits from the Waterway and The Woodlands
