Security cameras, washer and dryer, weekly cleaning service included. MUST like dogs, have 2, will consider pets on a one on one basis, no drugs or hard drinking, outside smoking ok. I can not stress this enough MUST be clean and tidy and MUST like dogs or it will not be a good fit. Must have references and stable verifiable income. A very quiet and clean home and looking for the same.

Female 57 & 2 small dogs, someone who is CLEAN and loves dogs, can pay rent on time, is respectful, and responsible.
