We currently have 3 roommates in the house. This is a beautiful 6 bedrooms 3 baths locates in the heart of highly desirable Henderson. Minutes from Shopping and 215 freeway access. Home is on a very quiet cul-de-sac street. Private rooms with shared bathroom. 2 shared bathrooms, one upstair, one downstairs. High speed internet, and all bills included in the price. Roomies are all working professionals who are relatively quiet. No couples or kids. Typically on weekdays the house is quiet after 10pm. We want to live in peace. Introvert welcome. No drama no drug no fighting.

The owner is a senior software engineer - working remote. We are looking for students or other professionals to join us.
